Frank Dunn

Frank Dunn is the son of Maybelle Walkingstick and Michael Dunn.  He has been carving since 1992 when he first visited a carver as this has been a long-time dream of his.  He uses invasive species of woods as his media, and has informally been learning from many carvers, although his largest influence is Paul Hornbuckle. 

He is a third generation carver and intends to keep the tradition alive by teaching his grandchildren.  He carves to put his story into wood, and it is one of his life-long passions.  He sees himself as a humble beginner and treats each piece as a chance to learn.
