Frances Owl-Smith
Frances Owl-Smith began doing art at 10 years old from her father Eugene Owl who taught her beadwork. Frances also learned a lot about quilting from her grandmother Belva Owl.
When Frances was about 40 she started taking several quilting classes, these classes coupled with a lot of trial and error she has been able to make some very unique pieces of artwork.
Frances absolutely enjoys all things fiber art. She has won many ribbons with her pieces at local, state, and national shows. She continues to create unique and individual pieces at her residence in the 3200 Acre Tract community.
